The number of available properties has decreased by 11%
New tenant - registration ratio to available properties 11:1
Property prices are forecasted to increase over the next 5 by years 19.1%
These statistics demonstrate that Nottingham is ideal for a buy to let investment as demand for rental properties is on the increase, number of available rental properties is not meeting demand and property prices are lagging behind and will catch up to the market in coming years.
